At Pollocksville Baptist Church we place a high priority on worship. We dedicate this hour at the beginning of our week to honor the God of the universe with our adoration and praise.
Praise the Lord
Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens.
Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness.
Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre,
Praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe,
Praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals.
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

Our services follow a specific theme each week through prayers, hymns, readings, special music and the sermon. Care is taken to make this hour as meaningful as possible, with all elements of the service focusing our minds and affections on God.
Children and Worship
We invite children ages five and up to join us in the worship service. Thematic worship bags and a developmentally appropriate children’s sermon will ensure all ages are able to interact with the sermon content and worship cooperatively.
Extended Care
Childcare is provided for infants through four year olds during the worship service.
